JY Developers was founded by Mr. Yesu Krishna, who has spent 25 years in the real estate industry learning land the way few people do — on the ground, one parcel and one conversation at a time.

Over those years he has developed a practised eye for location: how a site connects to roads and nearby towns, how its terrain and surroundings shape what it can become, and how a thoughtfully planned residential layout can serve the families who will one day build on it.

Working alongside landowners

Much of his career has been spent sitting across the table from landowners. Through multiple land acquisitions and Joint Development Agreement partnerships, he has learned that every family's land carries its own history and expectations. He approaches each partnership as a long-term relationship rather than a transaction — beginning with an honest review of the land, followed by clear terms that both sides understand and agree to.

That experience extends into the work itself: planning internal roads and plot layouts, coordinating development on the ground, and shaping residential plots that buyers can confidently build their homes on.
