Landowner partnerships
Your land, thoughtfully considered.
Whether you’re open to selling or to developing together, we start with an honest conversation and a careful look at your land.
Two pathways
Choose what suits you and your land.
01
Land Acquisition
We purchase suitable land outright. Once terms are agreed and due diligence is complete, ownership transfers through a registered sale and you receive the agreed consideration.
- Clear, one-time transaction
- Price agreed individually
- Subject to title and feasibility review
02
Joint Development Agreement
You contribute the land; we take on planning and development. The outcome of the project is shared according to terms agreed for that particular land — there is no standard ratio.
- You retain an interest in the project
- Terms negotiated case by case
- Subject to feasibility and mutual agreement
The process
From first conversation to agreement.
An outline of how a partnership typically progresses. Any stage may end the process if the land or terms aren’t a fit.
STEP 01
Initial conversation
You share basic details about your land and what you’re hoping to explore.
STEP 02
Preliminary review
We look at location, access, size and surroundings to understand residential potential.
STEP 03
Document & title review
Ownership and land records are reviewed carefully by both sides and their advisors.
STEP 04
Feasibility assessment
We study whether a plotted layout is viable and which model may suit the land.
STEP 05
Proposal & discussion
If the land is a fit, we discuss a proposal. Terms are negotiated case by case.
STEP 06
Agreement & development
Only after mutual agreement and due diligence is a formal agreement signed.

Tell us about your land.
Share a few details and our team will review them. An enquiry is not an offer or commitment from either side.
